• Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms
• Provide accurate registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

Create an account using your Full Name, Email Address and Password. Email verification may be required. You are responsible for keeping information accurate and credentials confidential.

OneHerd may offer plans with varying features and usage limits: Homestead, Smallholding, Commercial and Enterprise. Limits are based on the number of Active Animals; archived animals (Sold, Slaughtered, Culled, Missing/Stolen, Transferred, Deceased) do not count toward active limits.

Your livestock records remain your property, including animal records, farm records, photographs, documents, notes, health and breeding records. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, display and back up your information solely to operate the Services.

OneHerd©, its branding, logos, software, graphics, interface, databases and documentation are owned by Terata C. Ames and, upon incorporation, by One Agri Co. Ltd. You may not copy, reverse engineer, modify, redistribute or create derivative works without written permission.

You agree not to use OneHerd for unlawful purposes, upload malicious software, attempt unauthorized access, circumvent subscription limits, share accounts with unauthorized users, or interfere with the operation or security of the Services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the Services, compromise security, or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.

OneHerd is a livestock management and record-keeping platform. It does not provide veterinary diagnoses, treatment recommendations or medical advice. Always consult a qualified veterinarian regarding animal health.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneHerd, Terata C. Ames and One Agri Co. Ltd. (upon incorporation) shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from loss of records, data loss, business interruption, lost profits, or decisions made using information recorded within OneHerd.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Barbados, without regard to conflict of law principles. Users accessing OneHerd from other jurisdictions remain responsible for complying with local laws.
