Welcome to OneHerd©, the Livestock360 Platform. OneHerd is committed to protecting your privacy and safeguarding the information you entrust to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and the choices available to you when using the OneHerd mobile application and related services.
At the time of this Privacy Policy, OneHerd is owned and operated by Terata C. Ames. Upon completion of incorporation, ownership and operation of OneHerd will transfer to One Agri Co. Ltd. without affecting your rights or obligations under this Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect
To provide our Services, we collect information you voluntarily provide during registration and while using the application.
- Account Information: Full Name, Email Address, Password (encrypted, never stored in plain text)
- Farm Information: Farm Name, Livestock Species, Primary Enterprise
- Livestock Information: identification, species, breed, sex, DOB, parentage, health, treatments, vaccinations, breeding, births, mortality, weights, notes, photos, documents
- Location Information: location is opt-in only and used for weather, and GPS location of livestock for safeguarding against theft and to show proof of ownership
- Email Verification: to confirm account ownership and secure your account
How We Use Your Information
- Create and manage your account
- Authenticate users and verify email addresses
- Maintain livestock records and improve farm management
- Provide customer support and respond to technical issues
- Improve performance, security and develop new features
- Comply with legal obligations where applicable
Data Storage
Information is securely stored using trusted cloud providers, including secure database hosting, Amazon Web Services (AWS S3) for photos and documents, and Google services for authentication, analytics or performance monitoring where applicable. Data may be stored on servers outside your country of residence.

Your Data
Your livestock records belong to you. OneHerd does not claim ownership of your farm data, livestock records, photographs or documents. You grant us permission to store, process, back up and display your data solely to provide the Services.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We may share information only when required by law, to comply with legal obligations, to protect the rights or safety of OneHerd or its users, or with trusted service providers under confidentiality obligations.
Analytics
OneHerd uses Google Firebase for analytics and Firebase Crashlytics for crash reporting. These tools collect information such as device type, operating system, app performance metrics, anonymous usage data and crash logs solely to improve the quality, reliability, stability and performance of the platform.
Email Communications
We may send emails relating to verification, account security, password resets, service announcements and Policy changes. Email alerts for farm activities are also opt-in, and are used to ensure you're aware of all that is happening on the farm. We do not send advertising or marketing emails without your consent.
Children's Privacy
OneHerd is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
